When and how much do I get paid?

We will notify you of the amount when we invite you to participate in one of our surveys
or discussion groups. Payments will range anywhere
from $5 to $50, depending on the scope of the project. If you win the sweepstakes,
you should receive your payment in 4 to 8 weeks via mail.

How will my answers be used? Will the personal information I provide on the application form remain confidential?

All your answers are completely confidential and will be used for research purposes only. Your e-mail address and mailing address will NEVER be sold or given to anyone. You will not be approached with any promotional offers as a result of this application. All the information you give us will only be used to match your background and interests with that of the survey or discussion group.

How do I update my panel member information so my survey rewards go to the correct address?

Click on the links in the top right corner marked "View" or "Update" to revise your panel member information. If you want to remove your name from the panel use the same "Update" button.
